Fildena Professional contains the active ingredient sildenafil citrate, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It is indicated for erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men, and only works with sexual stimulation. The medicine is contraindicated in men taking nitrates (because of risk of serious blood‑pressure drop) and in those with recent heart attack/stroke, severe hepatic or renal impairment, or certain retinal disorders.
