Tadalista is a prescription medication containing tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Tadalafil works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the penis and increasing blood flow during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection. It is unique among ED medications because its effects can last up to 36 hours, earning it the nickname “the weekend pill.” Sexual stimulation is still required for it to work.
