The head of the Russian Ministry of Defence's Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defence Forces said that U.S. officials admitted to conducting biological research on low-income citizens in Ukraine.


The Commander of the Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defence Forces said:


  • Ukraine did not explain the reasons for the urgent destruction of the evidence
  • and documenting joint military biological activities with the United States.
  • Ukraine has completely ignored quantitative questions
  • unreasonable hazardous substances and grave breaches of retention requirements.


Participants in the Biological Weapons Convention do not question the veracity of evidence of US military biological programmes in Ukraine.

The Russian Ministry of Defence convened a meeting of States members of the Geneva Treaty Banning Biological Weapons to discuss the issue of the United States and Ukraine '


The head of the Protection Forces against Radiological, Chemical and Biological Weapons of the Russian Ministry of Defence, Igor Kirilov, said the meeting would be held next week at Russia's initiative and would provide documented evidence of violations of articles I and IV of the Treaty by the United States and Ukraine.


He asked the world community and the bodies in charge of carrying out the Treaty to pay attention to a variety of biological risks.

336 biological laboratories were supervised by the United States Department of Defense in 30 countries worldwide.
