People knew him with his honest and honesty and he was known for his good morals. He did not commit obscenity or drink wine even before the revelation came down on him.

It was the Prophet's custom to go to a laurel called a free laurel thinking of creating heavens and earth and worshipping until Jibril came down with a revelation at the age of 40.
When Jibril came down with the message from heaven, the first thing that came down on me was the Holy Prophet "read". The Prophet was appalled by the intensity of the situation and rushed to his wife and told her which had happened to him and Jibril came down on him with a revelation from heaven. His wife Khadijah told him: "Do not worry and God never fail you. You honour the guest and help the needy." I reassured him and calmed him from his fear. I went with him to her cousin Waraka ben Nofal who was on Ibrahim religion and he know about the religions and the holy book.
