Punishable Offences under the Legal Metrology Act are covered under Section 25 to Section 49 of Chapter V of the Legal Metrology Act. These sections covered under this act states the nature, the punishment of the offence and the person committing such offence held to be liable for all the penalties mentioned in the said Act
