Here’s an old family recipe you won’t want to miss. A large amount of baking powder (four teaspoons, to be exact) ensures a beautifully tall biscuit. This is my grandmother’s biscuit recipe. It’s my all-time favorite and has a really good flavor. Make sure you don’t roll it up too thin, you want quality biscuits! I usually just roll the dough to the desired thickness, usually 1/2 inch.
